Mens Doubles matches to be played by 1st Feb

Thank you for entering the club winter tournament. We have a bumper entry (achieved with a minimum of coersion!) with the result that no less than 175 matches have to be played by Finals Day on 4th April!! This means that rounds will have to be played to very strict deadlines. Matches not played in time will be liable to be voided or one player will be scratched. As soon as you are given details of your opponent please contact them (and your partner) immediately. Players' email addresses are shown as cc in draw order. Matches can be played at any time except Sundays between 10 and 1 and weekday evenings between 4.30 and 7 pm. Please let me know asap when you would like to play your match so that I can confirm whether a court is available. If you do not get an immediate reply from your opponent please ask me for their phone contact numbers.
