Dear All,
The 6th Team completed the 2009/10 winter season with a well fought 3-1 away win at Barnes yesterday.
Playing for the team were: James Reed, Roger Tagholm, Chris Drew and Simon Hancock.

James&Roger beat Barnes 2nd Pair 6-7(5-7) 6-4 10-6

Thanks to James who was on driving duty and for everyone who has played for the team during the season.
It has been a solid campaign - we have finished with 2 wins, 2 draws and a loss. We will certainly have maintained our place in Division S and may have an outside chance of promotion! See the below season summary.

Dear All,
The
6th Team maintained their unbeaten run in the Winter season with a 2-2 home draw
against Oxshott IV on Sunday.
Playing for the team was: James Reed, Roger Tagholm, Damian McFadden and
Martin Howley.
James&Roger beat Oxshott IV 2nd Pair 6-2 6-2
Damian&Martin lost to Oxshott IV 1st Pair 7-5 3-6 (5-10 match
tie-break)
Damian&Martin beat Oxshott IV 2nd Pair 6-4 6-2
James&Roger lost to Oxshott IV 1st Pair 1-6 3-6
Thanks to all players including Martin on his team debut and James who flew
back from Serbia especially to play!
We have two matches remaining - both away against Ember and Barnes early in
2010.

I'm
happy to report that the 6th Team continued their good start to the Winter
season with a deserved 2-2 draw away at New Malden. The team fought well despite
some very wet courts and a very strong New Malden first
pair.
Playing for the team was: Sasha Philbert, Craig Robinson, Roger Tagholm and
Damian McFadden.

Hi Guys,
Just wanted to say that the winter season of the Surrey League is now upon
us. We finished last Winter season as undefeated Champions of our division so
we are now up to the heights of division S West - the same level as the
summer.
We have two new members of the team this season so welcome to Sasha and
Martin Howley, it is great to have you both on
board.
As always we will have five matches in the season. We are playing -
Wentworth (Home), New Malden (Away), Oxshott (Home), Ember (Away) and Barnes
AKA The Revenge Mission (Away)
Two of the match dates are already in place.
10am SUNDAY 25TH OCTOBER (against Wentworth at HOME)
10am SUNDAY 15TH NOVEMBER (against New Malden AWAY)
I'll look forward to hearing back from you on the above dates. Let's make
it a great season!
