Tuesday night team practice will now start at 8 pm for Ladies 3 and 4 and
Mens 5,6 and 7 teams. It will involve 45mins of coaching and drills followed by
sets. Cost is £3.

Dear All,
I'm happy to report that the 7th team braved the cold in
Kingston yesterday to draw at the very pleasant surroundings of Coombe Wood
tennis club. 5 match tie-breaks played so far this season and 4 won! Hopefully
we can keep this going with just one match left this season.

This was a match arranged at the last minute by phone - sorry to those I couldn't get hold of to check availability.The match was drawn, which
I'm pretty pleased with considering the courts were wet astro and the
opposition were good players. The team was: Warren Bennet & Ronan

Dear All,
I am very pleased to report that the 7th team have started
2008 with a 3-1 away victory at Pensford. Despite an early 9am start and grey
and windy conditions, the match was played in great spirits and everyone
performed well. Hopefully we can keep up our new habit of winning match
tie-breaks!
