AGM Notice and Committee Elections

This will be an opportunity for you to find out how the club has been doing and maybe to influence future plans.

Please let me know if there are any items or special resolutions which you would like included on the agenda.

You will be sent reports (including finances) from the committee beforehand.

The committee for the new year will be elected at the meeting-I shall contact you shortly with details of how to nominate or be nominated for committee membership. In addition subscription rates for the new year will also be set at this meeting.

Committee Nominations: 

We welcome nominations for members who wish to help with the organisation of the club by serving on the committee. Please indicate on the club notice board or by replying to this email if you wish to propose either yourself or another member for the 2007-8 Committee. We need nominations for the following positions:

VICE CHAIR
COMMITTEE SECRETARY
MENS’ CAPTAIN
LADIES’ CAPTAIN
TREASURER
SOCIAL TENNIS CO-ORDINATOR
SOCIAL EVENTS ORGANISER
MEMBERSHIP SECRETARY
