Wednesday 17th December, from 7.30 pm
Mulled wine and mince pies at the tennis club, for a merry social tennis session
Saturday 20th December
As the Christmas meal at The Wimbledon Hideaway was a success last year, we're planning on going there again.
The festive menu costs £26.00 / head, menu as follows
Starters:
Organic squash soup with garlic croutons
Goats cheese and sun blushed tomato tart with basil pesto
Brussels pate with French beans wrapped in Black Forest smoked ham with radish and orangesalad
Tiger prawns pan-fried in garlic butter with roast peppers, avocado and Mary-rose sauce
Mains
Oven roasted rib of Scottish extra mature beef with creamed horse radish
Sliced free range turkey breast with cranberry sauce
Honey and mustard roast gammon with apple sauce
Poached Spayside salmon with prawn bisque
Vegetarian roast with garlic tomato and herb sauce
(all served with roast potatoes, vegetables, yorkshire pudding etc)
Desserts
Sticky toffee pudding with ice cream
Christmas pudding
Wild berry sherry trifle
