Drawn Mixed Arrangements Next 2 Tuesdays
Monday, 19 March 2007
Thank you for entering our 'drawn' mixed competition.

You will be placed in a group of 4 pairs and play three one set matches (first to six with tie break at 5-all). Sudden death at deuce with receiving pair deciding who is to receive.

Group winners will proceed to semi finals-hopefully to be played on the same evening.

Play will begin at 8pm but do arrive at 7.45pm if you are able to do so. Matches are likely to be close so a prompt start is important.

There is a charge of £3 per player to cover cost of lights and balls.

Players are required as follows:

Tuesday 20th:
Ben, Alex, Stefan, Andrea, Michael, Georgi, Joe, Archie, Becky, Baljeet, Ann, Sofia, Wendy, Silvia, Jo, Jackie.

Tuesday 27th:

Court Use In Next 2 Weeks - Junior Tournament On
Tuesday, 13 February 2007
Dear Members

We are staging two open junior tournaments in the next fortnight. You are very welcome to come along and watch some very good young players. We have very large entries and are hoping for dry weather!

The last matches are scheduled to start each midweek day at 5.30pm so courts should become available for members from 7.30pm.  If there has been bad weather, there is the possibility of matches needing to continue until later. If you are uncertain about court availability please ring 020 8296 9668 in the late afternoon. Finals Days will be on Saturdays 17th and 24th February and should be finished by about 2.30pm. Club play will take place as normal on the Sundays.

Team practices will continue as usual. Mon 12th: Mens 1 to 4 (with Amit)
Mon 19th: Mens 5 to 8 (with Dham). Tues 13th and 20th: Ladies 1 to 4.

Regards
Terry

Winter Tournament 2007 Draw
Saturday, 27 January 2007
Thank you for entering the club closed tournament. Several events have large entries so play by dates will need to be adhered to strictly. Please contact your opponent immediately-let me know if you cannot recognise their email address or require phone contact. Please ask me if courts are free and then let me know when you would like a court to be reserved . Basically matches can be played at any time except Monday and Wednesday evenings and most Sunday mornings. All matches are best of three tie break sets.
