What Wilton Offers

Membership & Rates

Full Adult Membership: £205 plus £40 joining fee
To apply for full annual membership you must be of a reasonable tennis playing standard. How do you find out? Come along to Wilton during social tennis times, held on Wednesday evenings from 7.30pm onwards and on Saturday and Sunday afternoons from 3pm. By playing in at social tennis you can be seen by the members of the committee- and you can pick up a membership form. Provided someone on the committee can vouch for your ability then you can be proposed for membership.

Improver Membership: £100.00
This is a membership category designed for players who have only recently started playing tennis or have not played for some time. Improvers can use courts at any time when they are not required by full members or for coaching. Improvers also pay a fee for a twelve week group coaching session at the end of which the coach will either recommend that you join in at Wilton’s social tennis sessions and apply for full membership or you continue as an Improver and may join the following twelve week coaching group.

Social: £30
Social members are entitled to use all the Club facilities except the tennis courts.

Table Tennis Membership: £45
Table tennis members are entitled to use all the Club facilities except the tennis courts and when selected to play for the Wilton table tennis teams.

Junior Membership: £45
Junior membership is for persons under 18 years old. This entitles the junior member to play on the courts during all weekdays until 6:30pm and if up to adult standard, during social tennis on a Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday afternoon. Please see Jack to see if your junior coaching course includes membership or needs to be paid separately.

Mid Week Membership: £70

Club Amenities

The Club has a bar, kitchen, as well as snack and hot drinks machine. The bar can be opened during normal licensing hours. Club Committee Members hold keys and will be happy to serve you. The kitchen is available for members at any time.

The club has various tennis accessories available for purchase. For re-stringing contact Georgi Gechev.

The clubhouse has been completely refurbished and has pool, darts, Sky TV and table football. There is a table tennis table and we currently run two teams in the Wandsworth & District League. People who are interested in table tennis only should apply for social membership, which does not include use of tennis courts. If you are interested in playing competitive table tennis contact Richard Evans or Terry Oakes or see our Table Tennis section for more information.

Dress

Players are expected to wear tennis clothing and non-marking footwear.

Floodlights

All courts are floodlit, allowing evening play all year. This service is free and we encourage all members to take advantage of this unique benefit.

GUESTS

Members are welcome to bring visitors along to the Club. A £4 fee is charged for each visitor, and each visitor may play up to a maximum of six occasions.
